Welcome to the Experience in Motion website

Experience in Motion (EiM) is a Career Transition Training program offered by the Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode Community Resource Centre, dedicated to the needs of the mature worker seeking employment. We are funded by the Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities through Employment Ontario

EiM is a 2-week series of morning workshops that address the full range of job search issues facing the mature worker in today's market place. The interactive sessions include: transferrable skills, current work search techniques, networking, interviewing and self marketing. All seminars are delivered by mature workers.

EiM also provides participants post-graduation support through the EiM Alumni Events, access to workstations, a weekly newsletter with opportunities from the hidden job market and our monthly breakfast club.
